Please read carefully before you apply
Application fee: $50 (this fee is non-refundable)
Each adult (18 and over) must submit a separate rental application. Please ensure that any credit locks or freezes are removed before applying, as additional fees may apply if we are unable to access credit reports.
The application requires submission of the following documents:
- Proof of income for the last two months from the employer (pay stubs)
- Bank statement (document needs to show balance, transactions are not needed)
- Government issued photo ID
These items are mandatory for processing the application. Incomplete submissions cannot be processed.
Applicants must meet the following criteria in order to qualify:
- Credit score of 700 or higher
- Income of at least three times the monthly rent
- No more than two sources of income will be considered
Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee a lease. The homeowner will review all submitted applications and select the most suitable candidate(s) for the lease.
Confirm with the listing agent if the application window is still open before you pay the application fee.
Applications will be processed Monday – Friday, processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours.
Applications that do not include all required supporting documentation may be refused at the owner's discretion.
For properties advertised as “Coming Soon,” the property owner reserves the right to defer any application decision until the property has been shown to the public and all interested applicants have had an opportunity to submit their applications.
