**Application Process**

Application fee: $50 (non-refundable)

Each adult moving in is required to submit their own application.

To initiate the application process, please email the following information for each

applicant to contact@i-manage-properties.com in order to receive the application link:

- Full name of each adult intending to reside in the property

- Phone number

- Email address

Or go to:

and apply directly.

The application requires submission of the following documents:

- Proof of income for the last two months (pay stubs)

- Bank statement

- Photo ID

These items are mandatory for processing the application. Incomplete submissions will

not be processed.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify:

- Credit score of 700 or higher

- Income of at least three times the monthly rent

- No more than two sources of income will be considered

Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee a lease. The homeowner

will review all submitted applications and select the most suitable candidate(s) for the

lease.

Please confirm with the listing agent if the application window is still open before you pay the application fee

Processing time for applications typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours.
